Before and after 5 months sealcoating and striped parking lot

Smy Paving recently completed a comprehensive sealcoating and striping project for local parking lot, showcasing before photos from November 28th, 2025, and after photos taken on April 3rd, 2026, five months post-completion. Our process included pressure washing after dust removal, applying a protective Jennite coating, and precise striping to ensure a smooth, durable surface that meets the client’s needs for both appearance and longevity.
